I chose to jump start my weight lose with the Sacred Heart 7 day diet ( I have added a copy to my shared file box).  It is similar to the “cabbage soup” diet.  I did add cabbage to my soup.

Yesterday was the first day..  All went well..

Today started pretty good but I did notice by late afternoon I started getting a headache and feeling a little fatiqued.  I think it had to do with the lack of carbs and sugars.  I decided to have half of my allowed baked potato, and that seemed to do the trick.  I am looking forward to tomorrow when I can add the fruits back in.

She wants to wear a black gown and you would know it, a hot pink tassel.  I won’t expect anything else from her, lol.
